  Science and education

 

He finished primary school in Vitanovac, a small town next to Kraljevo in Sumadija area, where the river Gruza joins the Morava. He graduated from Grammar school in Kraljevo and, subsequently, from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo in 1980. He also finished his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo. He successfully completed his doctoral thesis in 1996 on the subject of computer science – mathematical models at the Institute of Computer Science in Novosibirsk. At the same institute he completed his second doctoral thesis in 1999 in technical science and earned his PhD. With his research studies he participated in over 50 international congresses, on all continents. He is a professor at the Serbian University in Kosovska Mitrovica, at the Faculty of Mathematical Science and Information Technology.
